COVID-19 Safety Message

As we work together to fight this health crisis, Heirloom Linens is limiting access to our "in store shopping experience".  Instead, we encourage you to shop us on-line.  We will continue to process all internet orders and to answer any phone messages during our hours of 9:30 am - 5:30 pm Tuesday - Saturday.  Clients can pick up their orders at our check in table at the front of the store or pull up to the curb and call us on their cell phone during these hours to pick up their orders. 

We will allow a limited number of people to come into the store to shop.  Each client must use hand sanitizer and wear a mask. (A mask can be provided if you do not have one.

Anyone (including staff) experiencing cold, or flu like symptoms are not allowed to enter the store.

Daily overall sanitizing of all common surfaces is performed prior to the store opening each day.  Our staff are wearing face masks or shields, and sanitizing surfaces thru out the day.  We have a barrier at our cash desk to also provide an extra layer of protection for everyone. 

Please note that there is no returns on pillows, mattress pads or duvets due to the COVID19 pandemic.  All other returns will be put into quarantine for 72 hours prior to being returned to the sales floor.
