Gift Cards

Purchasing Gift Cards

Heirloom Linens gift cards can be purchased online or in-store in denominations of $25, $50, $75, $100, $150, $200, and $250. Custom denominations are also available.

Ordering & Shipping

• Orders containing only plastic gift cards will be shipped at no charge via letter mail (signature required).
• If you purchase gift cards along with other merchandise, they will be shipped together with your order by courier or Canada Post.

Refunds & Order Modifications

Any refunds, order cancellations, or modifications will be applied back to the original gift card within 3 business days.

Redeeming Your Gift Card

• Gift cards are redeemable in-store or by phone.
• At this time, our website checkout cannot process gift cards as a standalone payment method.
• To redeem online purchases with a gift card, please call us at 1-800-292-7171. You will be asked to provide the full card number (including spaces) from the back of your card.
• For security, a valid credit card may be required when placing an order with a gift card. If a credit card is used, it will be charged immediately, and once we verify your gift card through our in-store terminals, we will issue a refund to the credit card for the applicable amount.

Checking Your Balance

To check your gift card balance, please contact us at 1-800-292-7171 or visit our retail store and provide the number on the back of your card.

Expiration & Fees

Heirloom Linens gift cards do not expire and we do not charge any service fees for inactivity.

Lost or Stolen Gift Cards

To report a lost or stolen gift card, call 1-800-292-7171 or visit our retail store. If the original sale and card number can be verified in our system, we will reissue the remaining balance onto a new card.

Acceptance of Terms

Your purchase or use of a Heirloom Linens gift card constitutes acceptance of this Gift Card Policy. We reserve the right to update these terms without prior notice.
