Shipping Information
General Information
- We are not able to ship to PO Boxes.
- All orders will be confirmed with an estimated ship date. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number to follow its progress.
- We will always attempt to ship your order complete. If items must be ordered in to complete your purchase, we will contact you with options:
- Wait for the full order to be ready (with an estimated delivery timeline),
- Ship in-stock items and send the remainder later (additional shipping charges may apply), or
- Cancel your order for a full refund
Canada Post Strike:
For most locations, we use alternative carriers, so you can still expect reliable delivery without delays. However, please note that shipments to certain small towns or rural areas may require additional shipping charges, as these areas may still be impacted by the strike.
If your order falls into this category, we will reach out to you with the details and any extra charges before proceeding.
In-Store Pickup
Local customers may select In-Store Pickup at checkout. Shipping charges will not apply, and your order will be packaged and held for you at our store.
Shipping Within Canada
Orders are shipped via the most economical carrier, which may be Canada Post or a courier. If items are in stock, delivery typically takes 2–7 business days, depending on location.

Exceptions:
- Latex toppers, mattresses, and featherbeds are excluded from free shipping. We will calculate shipping charges for these items based on delivery location.
- Orders to rural or remote addresses (particularly in the territories) may incur additional shipping costs.
Shipping to the United States
- Standard shipping is typically via Canada Post, U.S. Mail, or courier. Delivery is normally 4–9 business days depending on location.
- Orders may be delayed if held at customs.
Rates:
- Flat rate of $35 per order.
- If actual shipping costs are less than $35, we will refund the difference.
Exceptions:
- Latex toppers, mattresses, and featherbeds are excluded from flat-rate shipping. Costs for these items will be calculated by location.
- Bulky, lightweight items (e.g., toss cushions, chair pads) may be subject to additional charges due to high postage relative to item price.
Duties & Taxes:
- Duties, taxes, and tariffs are not included in our prices.
- Heirloom Linens will arrange all required shipping, duties, and taxes on your behalf. These charges will be calculated and provided prior to shipment.
- Payment in full for shipping, duties, and taxes must be received before your order is released.
- If these charges are not paid in advance, the carrier will bill Heirloom Linens directly, and we will be required to collect the amount from you before fulfilling any future orders.
International Shipping
We are happy to ship internationally. Once we receive your order, we will contact you via email with available delivery options and associated costs.
